Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your items. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase from our official website sonarita.com, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering.
How to Return:
Contact us to request a return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return form to complete and include with your item.
Important Notes:
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly from sonarita.com.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item is damaged or faulty, the above criteria do not apply. Contact us for assistance.
Our Returns Policy complies with all relevant consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Processing Time:
Please allow at least 10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges:
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return your original item for a refund (excluding shipping fees) and place a new order through sonarita.com.
Purchases from Other Retailers:
If you bought your item from an authorised retailer, their return policy applies. Please contact them directly.
Our Commitment Under the Australian Consumer Law:
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item has a major defect. A major defect includes:
- A problem that would have prevented purchase if known beforehand.
- An unsafe product.
- An item significantly different from its description.
- An item that doesn’t perform as promised and can’t be easily fixed.
If the issue isn’t major, we’ll repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds for faulty items under the Australian Consumer Law are provided free of charge.
Proof of Purchase:

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
